Abracs Pro Zirconium Flap Disc 100mm x 40G are engineered for maximum performance stock removal, blending and finishing. The lightweight fibreglass backing absorbs vibration and makes this product incredibly strong and durable.
Pro line Zirconium flap discs are long life and suitable for a full range of metal applications. Manufactured to O.S.A safety standards, these Abracs Zirconium Flap Discs are ideally suited for use on steel, sheet metal, mild steel and high grade stainless steel and for the grinding & finishing of welds. Great for aggressive use on heavy duty applications. Conical face for work on contours and edges. Best used at an angle of 15° – 25°.
The Abracs Pro line Zirconium flap discs are long life and suitable for a full range of metal applications – stainless steel, sheet metal, mild steel and high grade steel, lasting up to 25 times longer than sanding discs they also provide a much better finish which will remain constant throughout the life of the disc.
Flap discs are manufactured in high quality zirconia abrasive. High stock removal on coarse grits, performs well on stainless steel. Zirconia’s inherent feature of cooler cutting when grinding makes it a much more durable and hard wearing grain than aluminium oxide and less likely to discolour stainless steel.
